Who We Are…
What We Do…

About the Founder & CEO
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Professor Israel Sembajwe, founded Reubenvision to give back to society and plant seeds of empowerment and prosperity among youth across the globe. The work of Reubenvision is inspired by the legacy of Sembajwe’s father, Reuben, and his forebears, who nurtured and planted seeds that gave way to his life’s own success and prosperity. Prof. Sembajwe has had a long history and rich experience contributing to human and social development in an academic, professional and personal capacity. His work has included developing and managing training programs in demography, and backstopping formulation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of global population and development programs in various parts of the world, with a particular focus on Africa. Currently, as a retired international civil servant, he is forging ways to continue generating impact and influence on young people by planting seeds in their lives in several areas of social and human development. These areas include faith and character building; education; livestock and agricultural management; public health and health literacy; and professional, technical and vocational training.
Over the years, he has witnessed the blossoming of young people from simple and humble beginnings, growing into distinguished leaders and professionals, contributing to the development of their communities, entire nations, and the world as a whole. It brings him great joy to witness the important roles such transformed lives can play on the world stage. He continues to advocate and emphasize the equal importance of support for both young males and females, and welcomes like-minded people in joining him to pull resources to nurture, invest, and uplift these precious lives.
